Returns & Exchange Policy

We at Kuntunaath hope you love our products just as much as we do but in case you’re unhappy with anything you have received from our store, then we can help with the exchange only and no cash-back returns.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product for whatsoever reason, simply trace back to your order and choose the exchange option. This must be done within 3 days of receiving the order. Alternatively, you can e-mail us at Kuntunaath@gmail.com, and we will be happy to process the exchange for you.
Your request for return/exchange should be received within 3 days and your dress should be received within 7 days.

The items should be unused and unwashed with original packaging and tags in place. Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
